How does direct booking work?
Choose your travel dates and the number of guests. The booking system shows you the available apartments and the binding total price. You book directly with Residenz Cheval.
How can I pay?
PayPal, Visa and Mastercard are available in the booking process. Payment is handled by the payment providers set up in our Smoobu booking system.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation terms shown for your stay and rate before completing the booking apply. Our general terms allow free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Please check the details in the booking process.
When can I arrive?
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out until 11 am. You will receive all information about the key handover with your arrival instructions.
Where are the apartments?
You can choose between Ravensburg, Oberteuringen and Friedrichshafen. The exact address and a map link can be found on each apartment page.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in the apartments. More details about the amenities can be found on each apartment page.
