Cancellation policy

1. Free cancellation

You can cancel your holiday apartment at Lake Constance with Residenz Cheval free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. This way you can plan your holiday flexibly and without risk.

2. Cancellations after the deadline

If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged. A refund or rebooking is unfortunately not possible after that.

3. Booking and payment

By booking a Lake Constance holiday apartment via our website, you accept these cancellation terms. Payment is made directly at the time of booking by credit card or PayPal.
